How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over $99 within Australia. Orders under $99 will display the shipping cost after you enter your address.
How long does shipping take?
We ship out orders within 24-48 hours after you place your order. Standard shipping arrive anywhere between in 2-8 business days, while Expedited takes only 2 business days.
What if there is damage during shipping?
Please take a photo and email it to us. We will promptly send you a replacement for the damaged pot.
Returns
We gladly accept returns of unused, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online for delivery that shipped to an Australian address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.
